Cinco Ranch High School's Devin Williams has committed to play football for the Tulane University Green Wave.  Devin was a Greater Houston First Team selection as well as unanimous First Team All District selection as a Defensive End for the Cougars.  Devin was also an Academic All District selection.  Joining Devin on this great day
