The Varsity football captains, cheerleaders, and some of the Cougar Stars went to Creech Elementary to help kick off their Red Ribbon Week. They encouraged the kids to remain drug-free and showed how our student athletes are such great mentors.

Cinco Ranch and Strake Jesuit were not playing for playoff qualification or positioning Nov. 10 at Rhodes Stadium in the District 19-5A finale for both teams. For the Crusaders, however, it was one last chance to display their vast improvement from the start of the season.Strake Jesuit spent the majority of the second half within a touchdown of the playoff-bound Cougars, eventually falling 24-12. Cinco Ranch turned back two long drives by the Crusaders, including one at the one-yard line in the first half.
