Purpose, Passion, and Pride

 

CRHS-ABC is a non-profit organization that promotes and supports the student-athletes and the coaches for every sport at CRHS.  Our primary funding sources are student and parent memberships, volunteers, local businesses, and our corporate sponsors. 

 

ABC provides financial support to purchase out-of-budget items that are beyond what the district budget offers.  ABC sponsors yearly scholarships for senior athletes based on athletic performance, academic achievements, and extra-curricular involvement.  In addition to the financial support, the ABC promotes school spirit and a sense of Cinco Pride.  In order to achieve success each year, we need your support to help raise the money necessary to provide continued support for all our teams.

Vision Statement

 The vision of the Katy ISD Athletic Department is to provide student-athletes a safe and healthy environment that promotes and supports academic, athletic and personal achievement. Athletic programs will encourage and empower student-athletes to become better students, athletes, leaders and citizens; to prepare for the transition to the next level of participation.

Mission Statement

Consistent with the mission of the Katy Independent School District, the Katy ISD Athletic Department will provide an athletic program that helps develop the whole person through education and competition. In addition, the program will provide student-athletes an opportunity to pursue and understand the values of attitude, character, commitment, leadership, sportsmanship, responsibility, accountability, decision-making, work ethic and team.

BOARD MEETINGS

ABC holds board meetings every month at the CR Field House Meeting Room.  Active members in good standing are welcome to attend board meetings. Please contact the board Secretary to confirm the meeting time and location.
